There is nothing internal other than the tube to worry about breaking inside your throat. It's just a nice chunk of meat to play with. I haven't tried any lubes yet and have another that's tube is a larger diameter and will squirt the fake semen. Surely if anything was diluted enough it would pass through the tube though. It seems more to me the tip on the bulb that goes into the tube that needs to be a larger diameter.
